Talking about mobilisation, I must say that its still down.. A day before the event, a public address vehicle is expected to move around advertising about the event, enough posters should be pinned in all strategic positions and enough plus banners to be carried and displayed on actual day, atleast have of this group members should be facilitated for the meeting, . communication team should be facilitated to give immediate pictures and info on the ground, ( its time to think and invest on a drone camera for a wider coverage, local radio stations or and even TV should give prior advert of the event, accurate time and itinerary
